Engineer - Applicant must be able to perform various engineering tasks
including: monitoring of construction activities, collecting environmental
samples of soil and water, designing roadways, parking lots, drainage
features, landfills, impoundments, etc. Applicant must have B.S. in Civil
Engineering and at least 1 year experience as a Civil and Environmental
